  • Shipping: to Canada & USA -- Shipping to Canada and the US will be sent via Canada Post unless otherwise specified or previously agreed upon between Rowenwood Studios and the customer.

    International Shipping – Customers residing outside of Canada and the US should contact Rowenwood Studios for a shipping quote prior to placing their order. I’ll try to find the best and most economical shipping cost.

    Lost Packages -- For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on my part are covered at my expense. Unfortunately, due to the unique nature of some of the products in my store, an exact replacement for the lost item(s) may not be possible. In this case, a store credit will be issued for the lost item.

    The return address is set by default to Rowenwood Studios which will be provided automatically on shipping labels and waybills. When I receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you. If Rowenwood Studio’s address isn't clearly marked as the return address on your package, you will become liable for any returned shipments you receive.

    Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient or undeliverable by Canada Post or the courier service used, the shipment will be returned to my studio. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

    Unclaimed Packages - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to the studio and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable).

  • Damaged or Defective Items -- Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received. Please provide a detailed explanation and pictures of the misprinted/damaged/defective item along with your proof of purchase. I will either exchange the item with an item of equivalent value or issue a store credit. All claims are subject to my approval and I reserve the right to refuse a claim.

  • Claims for repairs must be made within 30 days of purchase. Please provide a detailed explanation and pictures along with your proof of purchase showing the area to be repaired. A surcharge may apply depending on the nature of the repair. The client is responsible for shipping the item to be repaired at their own cost. I will ship the repaired item back to the client at my own cost.

  • Order Cancellations – Please contact me within 24 hrs if you need to cancel an order. Because I am a small business, I can’t offer full refunds on order cancellations after 24 hrs of the order date and time. Order cancellations after the 24hr period are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

    Commissions Cancellations – Special orders, commissioned pieces, personalized items and custom one-off orders are subject to a 50% cancellation fee or the deposit whichever is greater if the commission is cancelled 7-14 days after the order was placed and the item has not yet been completed. Any cancellations after 14 days is non-refundable.

  • Returns:

    Product Returns – Please contact me within 7 business days of receipt of your order to receive a Return Authorization number (RA#) prior to shipping your item back to my studio. Please provide a detailed explanation and pictures of the item being returned along with your proof of purchase. Items that have been worn or used cannot be returned due to Health and Public Safety concerns. If a receipt or proof of purchase cannot be provided, a store credit may be issued. You may be charged a 15% restocking fee for your return. All returns are subject to my approval and I reserve the right to refuse a return.

    Commissions or Personalized Items Returns -- I don’t offer returns on commissioned pieces. All sales on commissioned or one-off personalized items are Final. However, please feel free to contact me within 7 days of receipt of your special order if you have an issue with the commissioned object or art piece. Please provide a detailed explanation as well as pictures of your issue. I’m more than happy to work together to try to find a solution.

    Exchanges:

    Wrong Item Ordered – Mistakes happen. If you ordered the wrong item, please contact me and provide a detailed explanation including the correct item name and product code to be exchanged. A picture would also be helpful but not necessary. If the item to be exchanged is in stock, it will be shipped to you at my expense. A 15% restocking fee may apply. The item being sent back to me must be shipped back to my studio at your expense. Local drop offs and pick ups can be arranged and the shipping fee waived.

    If the item to be exchanged is not in stock, a store credit will be issued.

    Rowenwood Studios reserves the rights to refuse returns and exchanges at my sole discretion.
