My Artful Past
Thanks for wanting to know more about me! This is a bit of a dry summary outlining my journey. This is the place to go if you’re interested in finding out where I studied, shown my work, etc. Nowadays, I split my time working at a cool studio and cafe with awesome people, working in my studio, diving further into my witch practice and spirituality, and dreaming up new things to explore and make, and general shenaniganizing.

This is where I learned critical thinking, technical know-how, transferable skills and made friends along the way.
I earned my Bachelor Applied Arts, Interior Design, Toronto Metropolitan (formerly Ryerson) University, Toronto, ON
I studied with some incredible teachers and artists like:
· Monica Bodirsky (Mentored)
· Shao-Pin Chu (Jewellery Making Classes)
· Liz Reynolds (Art Metal Clay Workshops)
· Joya Paul (Encaustic and Mixed Media Workshop)
· Maggie Doswell (Beginner Encautic Painting Workshop)
Special thanks to the Kapisanan Centre (when it was in Kensington Market in 2011) for introducing me to collage using beeswax and magazines. This experience inspired me to begin my journey into encaustics and eventually back into a committed art practice.

I was fortunate to have the support of some wonderful people and community to be able to share my work. You can see some of the shows and presentations that I was part of here.
